Welding for Beginners
This welding course provides an introduction to the three basic welding processes, working with mild steel in the downward position, operating techniques and relevant health and safety advice.
The aim of this course is to build skills in oxy-acetylene welding and cutting, manual metal arc welding and MIG welding.
You will receive an Easton College certificate on successful completion of the course.
Duration: 1 day
Time: 9:00am to 4:30pm
Please note: If you have an electrical or battery device for health reasons such as a pacemaker you need to advise us as soon as possible as this may affect your attendance on the course. Devices such as hearing aids will be acceptable as you will be able to remove this during the welding.
