Summary

This course introduces the work of public service organisations. You will learn about the wide range of careers available in the Public Services such as the Police, Ambulance Service, Army, Navy, and Royal Air Force. With outdoor activities, practical tasks, and industry visits, you will gain hands on insight and experience of the frontline.

Entry Requirements

A minimum of four GCSE's at Grade 3/D and above including English at Grade 3/D or above.

Progression

On successful completion of this course at Merit and with a good refernce students can go on to study the Level 3 Diploma in Public Services. Alternatively you may seek employment or a relevant apprenticeship.
