What You Will Study
Aspire 3 is a three-day course in the Aspire Skills Academy.
This course is right for you if:
- You are not yet ready for a full college course
- You want to build confidence and independence
- You are unsure about your next steps
- You would benefit from a supportive and structured environment.
Entry Requirements
- There are no formal entry requirements for this course. Many students will have an EHCP but this is not essential.
How You Will Be Assessed
You will be progressed through:
- Observation and tutor feedback
- Personal progress tracking
- English and maths exams (where applicable).
Course Progression
You could progress to Aspire Employability if you want to move towards work in the future, cross-college courses such as Step Into or Level 1 option in vocational areas or our MINT pathway.

This course is designed to support you to adapt to college life and build the skills you need for your chosen next steps.
Fees
If you are successful in gaining a place on this course the college will apply for funding for you to come to college, you will not have to pay any fees.
